- You are the first point of contact and help our customers with problems/questions relating to their WordPress website via chat/phone/email.
- You work in a structured manner on troubleshooting, problem solving, performance optimization, and documenting solutions (help center).
- You cultivate and build long-term customer relationships on an equal footing.
- You will work with systems such as WordPress, Plesk Control Panel, and Linux (you don't need to be an expert in these areas—we will show you everything and train you).

Your qualification
- You know and enjoy working with WordPress—whether as a hobby or professionally.
- You are very communicative and know how to interact with people effectively.
- You have a basic technical understanding of IT topics with a focus on the web and WordPress (you are familiar with terms such as FTP and MySQL).
- You work independently, in a highly structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
- You already have support experience—desirable, but not essential.
