„As part of my self-employment as a web agency operator, I quickly realised that in 2015 there was still no German hosting provider on the market that both specialised in WordPress hosting and offered a really fast and reliable server infrastructure. I didn’t want to make any further compromises to the detriment of our website customers. As I had already gained 15 years of experience with web server support at this point, it was clear at the end of 2015 that we would take the plunge with the agency and develop our own WordPress hosting service. The domain and “HostPress” brand were secured. A year later, after many performance tests and optimisations, HostPress went live in October 2016. It was clear from the start: no matter how we develop as a company, the satisfaction of our customers and their website performance is our top priority. We always communicate at eye level and are available for our customers – 24/7/365 if necessary thanks to our emergency support. Despite steady growth, we as a team still stand by these values years later and treat every new customer as if they were our first customer. Over the years, we have built up very good and usually even friendly partnerships with data centre operators, hardware and software providers and specialist service providers. Only in this way was it possible for us to offer our customers the highest standards in speed and functionality of our WordPress hosting service right from the start. I am particularly proud of my employees, who all live and love our philosophy.
